Uses:
- Add 2 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil, 2 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil, and 2 drops of Lemon Essential Oil to a diffuser to relieve stress and promote feelings of joy.
- Add 2-3 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil to your favourite skincare products to help cleanse and purify skin.
- Combine 1-2 drops of Bergamot with your favourite carrier oil, and apply to the bottoms of your feet before bedtime to promote relaxation and a good night’s sleep.

Directions:
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Dilute with a carrier oil at a 2% dilution rate before skin application.
