Geranium essential oil helps the mind and body achieve balance. This precious essential oil has been used since the 17th century to help relieve stress, reduce inflammation, and improve skin health.

Uses:
- Add 1-2 drops of Geranium Essential Oil to your everyday facial moisturiser to help clarify skin.
- Diffuse 2-3 drops of Geranium Essential Oil and Lavender Essential Oil in a diffuser to promote relaxation and create a positive healing space.
- Dilute 2-3 drops of Geranium Essential Oil with some carrier oil, and rub it all over your abdomen to help provide relief from some of the common symptoms of (PMS) Premenstrual syndrome.
- Insect Repellent: Dilute 6-8 drops of Geranium Essential Oil in two tablespoons of carrier oil. Apply to areas that insects frequent.

Directions:
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Dilute with a carrier oil at a 2% dilution rate before skin application.
- Keep out of eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
- Apply a few drops of the diluted essential oil to wrists, temples, back of the neck or bottom of feet to enjoy the benefits.

Diffusion: Add between 2-8 drops into a diffuser to enjoy the aroma.
