The buyer raises a cancellation request. If the order is not yet processed, the order can be cancelled immediately. But if the order has been processed, the seller will look at the validity of cancellation request and once approved, the seller will cancel the order.

A seller may reject a cancellation if:

1. The order has been shipped

2. Request for cancellation is unreasonable.
