Here's a quick & simple guide of steps from sign up to make payment.

1. Register an account as a user at Register Here

2. Verified your account.

3. Start Shopping.

4. Add the desire item(s) into cart

5. Check the cart item quantity

6. Proceed to Check Out

7. Fill up shipping information or Add new address.

8. Apply if ANY promotion/voucher code OR G-Points

9. Select the payment method

10. Comfirm Order.

11. Make payment

12. Order is created with Order ID provided

13. Received Order Confirmation via Email

An order confirmation with the order summary will be sent to you via Email after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

After submitting the online cancellation form, you will see a message states: “Your cancellation was successful”. This indicates you have successful sent your cancellation request to Gvado. Gvado will process your request within 5 to 7 working day upon receiving the request.

Once payment is released. Your will receive the bank's payment receipt
